We offer a 30-day Return Policy. This means you have 30 days to apply for Return after receiving your item.

Exchanges 

We don’t accept Exchanges, return the original item and make a new purchase for the replacement after your return is approved.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

However, if the product is damaged, altered, or washed by the customer, it is not eligible for refund.

We don't accept Returns for Discounted items, Gift cards and Custom made products.

Return Method

To start a return, please contact us at support@bagresorts.online. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. You can easily download and print the return label. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If there is damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make things right.

Restocking Fee

A $10 USD restocking fee applies to returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
